  • Place the cups upright inside a baking tray with parchment paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  • Remove the cups from the fridge and fill again with an ample tablespoon of chocolate, especially reaching the sides and the edge.

  • Place the cups upside down on the parchment paper this time so the chocolate will solidify, making the walls and edge thicker.

  • Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  • Gently detach by holding the edge of the cup and pulling downwards at each cut

  • Continue until you remove the chocolate cups from the plastic shell.

  • While the chocolate cups are solidifying in the fridge, whip the cream with the electric whisks and the powdered sugar until it reaches a firm consistency, then fill a piping bag with a star tip.

  • Once the cups are ready, fill them with whipped cream and decorate with crushed pistachios, unsweetened cocoa powder, and chopped walnuts.

You can let your imagination run free and decorate them with sugar sprinkles or whatever your imagination suggests.
