Ingredients to prepare the Cooked Ham Mousse
- 5 oz cooked ham (lean)
- 1 cup spreadable cheese (like Philadelphia, robiola, or ricotta)
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste black pepper

Preparation of the Cooked Ham Mousse
1- Preparing the ham mousse is really a piece of cake. Start by removing the fat from your cooked ham, then cut it into large chunks and place it in the blender cup.
2- Add the extra virgin olive oil and start blending the ham. After 2 minutes, add half of the cheese you have chosen, if you want it very flavorful, use robiola or Philadelphia, otherwise, if you want the ham to stand out and make it lighter, use ricotta drained for a few minutes.
3- Blend well for another two minutes, remove from the blender, add the remaining cheese, a little freshly ground black pepper, mix well, and put in a jar or a small bowl.
4- Let it season in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. You can store it well-sealed in a jar for 2 or 3 days, maybe adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil before closing the lid, then stir before serving and..
