Ingredients for Deviled Potato Salad

  • 4 potatoes (large)
  • 1 fresh chili pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Deviled Potato Salad

  • To prepare the deviled potato salad, start by boiling the potatoes in plenty of salted water. I cook them with their skins well washed, but you do as you like best.

    Check the cooking by inserting a fork; if it penetrates easily, remove from the heat and cool under cold running water to peel them easily.

  • Peel them and cut them into uniform and not too large chunks, place them in a salad bowl.

    Cut the onion into thin slices, the bell pepper into pieces, and the celery into rings, add everything to the salad bowl.

  • Slice the chili pepper into very thin slices, put it in another bowl along with the mayonnaise, mustard, and a few tablespoons of oil and mix to combine everything.

  • Salt and pepper the potatoes and onions, add the freshly prepared mayonnaise dressing.

    Mix everything with a wooden spoon to combine and flavor everything, cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour before serving and.. ENJOY YOUR MEAL.

Tips
