Ingredients for the Digestive and Fat-burning Cinnamon and Lemon Herbal Tea
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Preparation of Digestive and Fat-burning Cinnamon and Lemon Herbal Tea
Easier done than said, the Digestive and Fat-burning Cinnamon and Lemon Herbal Tea is very simple.
First, remove the zest from the 2 lemons, being careful not to take the white part.
Using the citrus juicer, extract the juice from the lemons and set aside.
Put a saucepan on the heat with the water and lemon zest.
Bring to a boil and once reached, add the cinnamon sticks (or 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon).
Let it boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the saucepan, and leave it to infuse for 15 minutes.
Strain the herbal tea with a fine mesh strainer, add the lemon juice, and sweeten with honey or another artificial sweetener if you like.
