Jam Puff Pastries with 2 Ingredients Preparation

  • To prepare the Jam Puff Pastries with 2 ingredients first preheat the oven to 375°F in static mode.

  • Meanwhile, unroll the puff pastry while keeping it on its parchment, then split it lengthwise and then into 3 parts to have 6 rectangles.

  • On one side of each rectangle, trying to center it, cut the pastry with the cookie cutter.

  • On the opposite side of the cut, fill with a generous spoonful of jam.

  • Close the jam puff pastries by matching the edges and seal well with the prongs of a fork.

  • If you want, you can brush them with a little milk and sprinkle with sugar or even some colored sprinkles.

  • Arrange the jam puff pastries on a baking sheet and bake for at least 12 minutes.

  • Check the level of browning and if they color too much, move them to the lower rack of the oven.
