The mascarpone and cookie cup is a super quick no-bake dessert, perfect for ending an evening on a sweet note without too much effort.
Just a few ingredients that we usually have in the fridge and pantry, and 10 minutes to prepare these mascarpone and cookie cups — you can also enrich them with a liqueur if the dessert is not for children.

Ingredients for mascarpone and cookie cups
- 1.75 cups Mascarpone
- 1 1/4 cups Heavy cream (liquid)
- 1 1/4 cups Confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
- 7 oz (about 2 cups) Dry cookies (I used chocolate Plasmon)
- as needed Caramel sauce (mou)

Preparation of mascarpone and cookie cups
To prepare the mascarpone and cookie cups, first crumble the cookies using a rolling pin or a food processor.
They should be coarse — some larger pieces and the rest very small.
Place the mascarpone in a bowl and use an electric whisk to make it creamy, then add the heavy cream and the confectioners’ sugar.
Whip everything until you have a well-whipped, fluffy mixture.
Now you are ready to assemble the mascarpone and cookie cups.
Place a few tablespoons of the cookie crumbs on the bottom of 6 small glasses, then cover with two generous tablespoons of the mascarpone cream.
Distribute the caramel sauce here and there with a teaspoon, then repeat the layer of cookies and mascarpone cream, finishing with the caramel sauce and..

If the dessert is for adults only, you can add two teaspoons of a liqueur of your choice to each cookie layer.
If you want to enrich the cups for children, you can moisten the cookie crumbs with milk and Nesquik.
Annatorte recommends
The cups keep in the refrigerator for 2 days. If you like, you can whip the cream and crumble the cookies a few hours in advance and assemble the dessert just before serving.
VARIATIONS
You can add melted dark chocolate to the mascarpone after you have whipped it together with the cream.
