It is ready in two minutes and then sets perfectly in the refrigerator.
It seems like eating a mousse, but it’s not, since mousse is usually made with mascarpone.

Ingredients for Nutella cream with coffee
- 1.5 cups liquid fresh cream
- 6 tablespoons Nutella® (hazelnut cream)
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 coffee
- 12 amaretti

Preparation of Nutella cream with coffee
To prepare Nutella cream with coffee, start by making the coffee with the moka or your coffee machine, let it cool, crumble the amaretti.
Place a stainless steel bowl in the fridge along with the electric whisks so they are cold for whipping the cream optimally.
Take your Nutella or preferred hazelnut cream and mix it with a few tablespoons of cream to soften.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks along with the sugar, then incorporate the softened Nutella using a rubber spatula with gentle movements to prevent the cream from deflating.
If you prefer your cream less sweet, you can whip the cream without sugar.
Assemble your cups just before serving. Place a handful of crumbled amaretti at the bottom of the glasses, drizzle with some teaspoons of coffee, cover with the Nutella cream with coffee, another layer of cookies dipped in coffee, and finish the dessert with the cream and some crumbled amaretti.
