- 7 oz mascarpone
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 oz Nutella®
- 3.5 oz dry cookies
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (extra fine sugar)
How to Prepare Nutella Mascarpone Cup with Cookies
Preparing the Nutella Mascarpone Cup with Cookies is simple and quick, and it requires no cooking, so whip the cold cream from the fridge until it is very thick.
Work the mascarpone with the powdered sugar using an electric mixer until creamy.
Gently mix mascarpone and cream with a rubber spatula to avoid deflating the mixture.
Crush the cookies by placing them in a bag and using a rolling pin.
Place a generous tablespoon of crushed cookies at the bottom of 4 cups.
Cover with a few spoonfuls of mascarpone cream, then Nutella.
More cookies, cream, and Nutella until you reach the top of the cups.
All that’s left to do is place the Nutella and cookie cup in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
