- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp orange peel
- 4 cups water

Preparing the Orange, Ginger, and Cinnamon Herbal Tea is easier done than said, in this case, it’s easier done than written.
First, peel the skin of an untreated organic orange, avoiding the white part.
In a small pot, add 4 cups of natural water, the orange peels, cloves, and ground cinnamon.
Remove the skin from the ginger and slice it thinly or chop it into small pieces, then add it with the other ingredients.
Bring the pot to a boil, then lower the heat to let the ginger and cinnamon tea simmer gently for 10 minutes.
After that, strain the tea, cover it, and let it rest for 5 minutes before drinking it. If the flavor seems too strong, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Drink it while still warm, preferably after meals.
