Ingredients for Puff Pastry-Wrapped Tomino with Speck

  • 4 tomini
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (rectangular)
  • 3.5 oz slices of speck (thin)
  • 1 egg (small, for brushing the pastry)
  • to taste black pepper

  • Measure with the tomini and cut the puff pastry from the shorter side.

  • Wrap each tomino crosswise in speck and place it on the edge of each strip of pastry.
