  • 2 long sandwich bread (without crust)
  • 4.23 oz fresh cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
  • 5.64 oz tuna in oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 leaves curly lettuce

How to Prepare Rolled Sandwiches Like at the Bar

  • Prepare the rolled sandwiches like at the bar starting with the sandwich bread. Align 3 slices on a wooden cutting board, slightly overlapping, and press them with the rolling pin to adhere well.

  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on them (if you want, you can use mayonnaise).

    Gently wash and dry the lettuce leaves and place them to cover the bread slices.

  • With an immersion mixer, blend half of the tuna with the remaining cream cheese.

  • Peel and finely chop a carrot and mix with the tuna cream, then distribute generously over the lettuce.

  • Finish with the remaining crumbled tuna and, using plastic wrap, close the rolled sandwiches like at the bar with light pressure.

  • Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and remember that with these quantities, you get two rolls of 3 slices each, so you need to use half the ingredients for each roll.
