- 14 oz chicken breast (in slices)
- 5.3 oz smoked bacon
- 2.8 oz smoked provolone cheese
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of stuffed chicken rolls
Prepare the stuffed chicken rolls wrapped in bacon by gently pounding the chicken slices to flatten them if they are too thick; otherwise, it’s not necessary.
Place two slices of bacon on the cutting board and lay the chicken slice on top, salt, pepper, and place a slice or two of provolone cheese in the middle.
Roll the stuffed chicken rolls making sure the cheese doesn’t come out and if possible that the bacon also remains inside.
Close each roll with a toothpick.
In a pan, heat the olive oil, and when it starts to sizzle, place the stuffed chicken rolls, browning them on all sides.
Turn them with two ladles or kitchen tongs to avoid piercing the meat, and once browned, deglaze with the white wine.
Let it evaporate.
Cover the pan and cook the bacon-wrapped chicken rolls for 15 minutes, turning them a couple of times.
