Ingredients for Treats with Pavesini, Coffee and Nesquik
- 20 pavesini (coffee-flavored, chocolate-flavored or plain)
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4.2 oz mascarpone
- 1.5 tbsp coffee (also decaffeinated)
- 4 tbsp Nesquik
- to taste powdered sugar (for decoration)

Preparation of Treats with Pavesini, Coffee and Nesquik
First, whip the cream with the powdered sugar.
Work the mascarpone with a fork to soften it and add the coffee.
Mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream, folding from the bottom up gently.
Add the Nesquik
Mix very well to incorporate it.
Place the coffee and Nesquik cream mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
Spread the cream on half of the cookies.
Then close the Treats with Pavesini Coffee and place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
Tips and Variations
You can use decaffeinated coffee or barley coffee.
If you want, you can use sweetened whipped cream.
