Preparation of Tuna Deviled Eggs Delicious Appetizer

  • To prepare the Tuna Deviled Eggs, first, boil the eggs in a saucepan starting with cold, slightly salted water (this prevents the shell from cracking during boiling), and cook for 8 minutes once boiling.

  • Meanwhile, drain the tuna from its preservation oil (if you’re on a diet, you can use tuna in water).

  • When the eggs are cooked, cool them very well under cold running water, then peel them.

  • Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks and place them in the immersion blender cup along with the capers, tuna, and anchovies.

Then blend until you obtain a smooth cream.

  • Incorporate the mayonnaise and mix well, then fill each half egg shell with the mixture, forming a dome.

If you prefer, you can do this with a piping bag with a star tip.

  • Sprinkle the Tuna Deviled Eggs with freshly ground black pepper and fresh chopped parsley.

  • Place on a serving plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
