WATER-BASED COFFEE CREAM

The water-based coffee cream is trending on the web, a quick and very delicious spoon dessert that is prepared in 10 minutes with just 3 ingredients, obviously without cooking, and it’s perfectly sweet, creamy, and consistent. The water-based coffee cream doesn’t collapse even if you keep it in the fridge; we prepared it 3 days ago, and it is still like just whipped.

You can prepare it to eat by the spoon simply as it is, or create delicious cups by adding some bitter cocoa or whipped cream, or even crumbled cookies. But I won’t say more because I will be making at least 2 more recipes with this coffee cream as a base, so stay tuned and see.

Let’s discover how to prepare the coffee cream right after the photo, but first, here are other ideas for delicious cups without cooking to try!!

Ingredients for Water-based Coffee Cream

  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water (very cold)

Tools

  • 1 Electric whisk
  • 1 Bowl

Preparation for Water-based Coffee Cream

  • To prepare the water-based coffee cream, put the coffee, the granulated sugar, and the very cold water into a large bowl.

  • Beat with electric whisks first at low speed to avoid splashing everywhere, then at high speed.

  • You’ll see that after just a few seconds, the coffee cream starts to thicken.

  • I whisked for 7 minutes, and it turned out nice and firm, so adjust according to the consistency you want to achieve.

  • Usually, more sugar is added to this coffee cream, about 160 grams, but I added less because I wanted to test the flavor, and I must say it is excellent, sweet enough, and you can really taste the coffee flavor, so in my opinion, it’s perfect.

  • Anyway, if you taste it and realize you want it sweeter, no worries, just add more sugar and keep beating with the electric whisks, and it will be sweeter but just as creamy.
