The white turkey stew is really easy to make, the meat turns out tender, soft, and cooked to perfection that you can almost cut it with a fork, very few and simple ingredients to bring a dish to the table that warms us up on these cold days.

Ingredients
- 1.75 lbs Turkey breast (or thigh)
- 2 White onions
- 1 cup White wine
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- to taste Chili pepper
- 2 tsps Parsley
- 3 tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Flour
Preparation of white turkey stew
To prepare the white turkey stew, first clean the turkey breast or thigh by removing the skin, bones (if present), and cut it into not too small pieces.
Slice the onions not too thin after peeling and washing them, and set them aside for now.
In a plastic bag, place a few tablespoons of flour and put the meat inside, shake the bag to make the flour adhere to the turkey pieces, then remove them and shake off the excess flour.
In a large pan with high sides, heat the extra virgin olive oil and first plunge the turkey pieces in, browning them on all sides.
Afterwards, add the onions, stir, and let stew for 5 minutes over high heat, wetting with the white wine and letting it evaporate.
Salt everything and season with sweet paprika and, if you like, some finely chopped fresh chili pepper.
Cover the pan and lower the heat to a minimum, bringing the white turkey stew to cook.
After 30 minutes, uncover, and you will see that a lot of liquid has formed, which in part will be dense due to the flour, so stir with a wooden spoon and let finish cooking over low heat and uncovered pot for another 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, the white turkey stew will be tender and full of a creamy sauce, correct the salt if necessary and arrange on a serving plate.

You can prepare the white turkey stew by adding a mince of carrots and celery along with the onions.

Storage
It keeps for 2 days closed in an airtight container in the refrigerator and you can freeze the white turkey stew and then let it thaw in the refrigerator before reheating it.
