  • 7 oz ladyfingers
  • 3 espresso cups coffee (unsweetened)
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 9 oz mascarpone
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

  • Take a small cup from the total cream to be used and heat it until it reaches the boiling point, then dissolve the instant coffee in it. Set aside to cool.
