Ingredients
- 4 frozen seafood skewers
- 1 glass olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- to taste lemon juice
- to taste salt
- 2.82 oz breadcrumbs
Tools: baked frozen seafood skewers
- 1 Mezzaluna
- 1 Baking Dish
Recipe
First, defrost the skewers at room temperature for about 4-6 hours. For quick defrosting, run the product under a stream of cold water. If any pieces of fish come off the wooden stick, reassemble them.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade: wash and dry the parsley well, peel the garlic cloves, and chop them with the mezzaluna, then mix everything with oil, salt, and the juice of a lemon.
Place the skewers in a baking dish large enough to hold them all and pour the prepared marinade over them. Place them in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours covered with a sheet of aluminum foil. Occasionally turn them and use a spoon to take the sauce from the bottom and put it back on top of the skewers.
After the marinating time, remove the fish from the refrigerator, remove some excess oil, sprinkle the surface of each skewer with breadcrumbs, and bake at 392°F for about 20 minutes, a few minutes before removing them, place them under the grill function.
Here they are ready, your seafood skewers: simple, delicious, and with a crispy crust.
If you like, you can serve them with some lemon wedges to squeeze over before enjoying them. Enjoy your meal!
