Recipe: creamy pasta with peppers
First, prepare the pepper sauce following my recipe (here you will find all the steps) and explanations to make it perfect.
Once the sauce is ready, cook the chosen pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package.
Drain it, pour it into the saucepan with the sauce, and let it season for a few minutes, then serve it with a generous grating of salted ricotta and freshly ground black pepper.

Storage and Tips
Storage: once cooked, the creamy pasta with peppers can be kept in the fridge for up to 1-2 days, stored in an airtight container. I recommend reheating it on the stove or in the microwave before consuming it again.
Tips: salted ricotta makes the dish fresher and more summery, but you can also use parmesan cheese.
