Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups zucchini
  • 1.5 cups champignon mushrooms
  • 0.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 0.5 cups olive oil
  • 1 bunch basil

Recipe

  • Clean the zucchini and mushrooms, then cut both into coarse pieces.

  • Finely chop the shallot and brown it in a pan with the oil. When it starts to turn golden, add the cut zucchini and mushrooms.
