  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 5.6 oz fresh spreadable cheese
  • 6 fillets anchovy in oil
  • 6 black olives
  • A few strips bell peppers in oil (or pickled)
  • 1 sprig chopped parsley

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs

Tools

  • Muffin Pan
  • Pasta Cutter Wheel
  • Piping Bag
  • Brush

Recipe

  • Unroll the puff pastry and with a fluted wheel cut out 6 equal-sized rectangles, then use scissors to cut the parchment paper underneath following the pastry cut.
Place each puff pastry rectangle in a muffin pan, prick the base of each basket with a fork, then brush the edges with milk or a beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 15-18 minutes depending on your oven’s characteristics.
Once baked, remove the baskets from the oven and let them cool before filling.

  • In the meantime, prepare the filling by softening the creamy cheese in a bowl with chopped parsley, mix well, and transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
