  • In a bowl, work the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla until you get a smooth cream. Separately, whip the cream (see here 👉 how to make perfect whipped cream) and gently fold it into the mixture.

  • Now, the most beautiful part: composing your Valentine’s cheesecakes.
Spread the cookie mixture at the bottom of the jars and compact it well with the back of a teaspoon (leave some aside for the final decoration). Then pour the cream over the base, leveling it carefully on the surface. Add a layer of raspberry jam and level again to achieve a neat and defined look.
Finally, decorate with crushed cookies, colorful sugar hearts, and a few fresh raspberries for a romantic and scenic touch.

  • Here are your Valentine’s Day individual cheesecakes: simple to prepare, romantic to present, and irresistible at the first taste. A creamy and delicate spoon dessert, perfect to conclude a special dinner with the one you love.
The convenience of the jar makes them ideal to prepare in advance, allowing you to enjoy the evening worry-free. With just a few ingredients and a thematic decoration, you’ll bring a show-stopping dessert to the table that will captivate at first glance.

Storage and Tips

Storage: Valentine’s Day individual cheesecakes can be stored in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or closed in their jar with a lid, for up to 2 days.
Since it’s a cheesecake without gelatin, it’s important to keep them well chilled until serving time. Take them out of the fridge about 10-15 minutes before serving to make the cream even softer and more pleasant to the spoon.
Tips: You can use any type of cookies; I preferred spiced ones, but classic digestive cookies will work just fine.

FAQ

  • What can I use instead of raspberry jam?

You can replace it with strawberry, mixed berries, black cherry jam, or even a chocolate ganache.

  • Can I prepare the cheesecake in advance?

Yes, you can prepare it a day in advance and keep it in the refrigerator until serving.

  • Can I use a glass instead of a jar?

Yes, you can prepare the individual cheesecake in a simple glass as well. The important thing is to choose a transparent container so the layers of cookie, cream, and jam are visible (see the photo below for the effect).
