Rolled yogurt and jam cookies, very easy to make and delicious to eat. Ideal for breakfast, snack, or as a sweet treat after a meal. Unlike my soft jam cookies, this recipe contains no eggs in the ingredients, but only the addition of yogurt. Ideal for the whole family, they have the shape of classic crescent rolls and are filled with jam, naturally with the flavor of your choice. If you have already tried making sweet rolls with chocolate puff pastry you will already know how to roll the cookie. The dough is prepared quickly, just put all the ingredients in a bowl, work them together, and in no time it will be ready to shape these delicious treats. I recommend you get started right away, you will surely like them.
See you in the next recipe!!!

Yogurt and Jam Cookie Recipe
In a bowl, put the sifted flour, melted butter not too hot, yogurt, sugar, half a packet of baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix everything together until you get a homogeneous dough, then make 7 balls of the same size.
Roll out each loaf and from each circle cut out 8 wedges.
On each wedge, on the outer part, place a teaspoon of jam and then roll it up to form a crescent-shaped cookie.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the cookies slightly apart and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until they have a nice golden color.
Delicious cookies, made with a dough that does not include the use of eggs, simple and genuine, they are perfect for any occasion, for tea with friends, for a “treat” after a meal, or for those moments when you crave sweetness.
Storage and Tips
Storage: these cookies keep for 2-3 days stored in a cookie jar or under a glass dome.
Tips: Great with jam, but for the more indulgent, I recommend trying them with hazelnut cream or pistachio cream.
