Ingredients
- 4 Golden apples
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preparation of Apple Ginger and Cinnamon in Air Fryer
Wash the apples well, do not dry them, cut them in half, remove the core, and cut them into moderately sized pieces.
Pour the chopped apples into a baking dish and season them with 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 heaping teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Stir to mix.
Then transfer the apples to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 13 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.
Once cooked, let them cool for a couple of minutes.
And voilà… now your apple ginger and cinnamon in air fryer are ready to be tasted and served, maybe with a dollop of whipped cream or some vanilla or custard ice cream to further enhance the spices.
Useful Tips
If it’s your first time using these spices, I recommend adding them little by little until you reach the taste you like best.
Instead of Golden apples, you can also use Renette apples.
With the indicated cooking times, the apples will be cooked but still firm; if you want them softer, cook them 2/3 minutes longer.
You can also cook them in a pan or in the oven at 350°F for 20/25 minutes.
