Flavorful guitar spaghetti, a delicious and indeed flavorful first course made with a few ingredients with unique and unmistakable flavors. A quick and very simple dish to prepare, in fact, the sauce is prepared while the pasta cooks and in just 15 minutes you will have prepared an excellent dish.

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz guitar spaghetti
- 4.2 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 2.8 oz Taggiasca olives
- 4.2 oz whole hazelnuts
- 10.5 oz tomato pulp
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation of Flavorful Guitar Spaghetti
First, immediately bring the water for the pasta to a boil; when boiling, add salt and throw in the pasta.
Meanwhile, in a pan, pour the oil and tomato pulp, add 2 garlic cloves, and cook over medium-low heat for about ten minutes with a lid.
While the tomato pulp is cooking, drain the sun-dried tomatoes in oil and cut them into strips.
Once cut, add them to the pan with the tomato pulp and also add the olives.
Let them flavor for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Now coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
Then add them to the sauce and mix.
When the pasta is almost cooked, drain it directly into the sauce. Then put the pan back on the heat over medium flame, stir to mix all the ingredients well, and finish cooking.
And voila… your flavorful guitar spaghetti is ready to be enjoyed in all its goodness.
Useful Tips
You can replace Taggiasca olives with Greek olives or otherwise fairly flavorful olives, even green ones, as long as they are not in brine.
If you use sun-dried tomatoes in a packet and not in oil, add 1 more tablespoon of oil during the sauce cooking.
I did not use salt because the ingredients are already flavorful on their own, so at the end of the preparation taste and adjust to your liking.
