Preparation of Grape and Goat Cheese Salad
Lay the washed and well-dried salad leaves on the bottom of the salad bowl.
Add the white grape berries, some cut in half and others left whole.
Now add about half of the red beet strips.
Cut the goat cheese into pieces and add it to the salad. Add the remaining beet strips and finally the coarsely chopped walnuts.
Now in a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil and mustard.
When the mustard is well blended, add the honey and fine salt. Mix and then pour over the salad.
And voilà… now your grape and goat cheese salad is ready to be served.
Happy holidays!!!
Useful Tips
I used white Italia grapes, but you can also use the Regina variety.
Instead of wildflower honey, acacia honey also works well.
If you have difficulty finding beetroot strips, you can replace them with julienned carrots.
