Ingredients
- 1 roll pizza dough (rectangular)
- 7 oz tomato sauce
- 9 oz mozzarella for pizza
- as needed black olives
- as needed dried oregano
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 Parchment paper
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Knife
Preparation of Halloween Mummy Pizzas
Unroll the pizza dough, cut out 12 strips, and then place them on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pizza strips with tomato sauce to which you have added a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then add a sprinkle of oregano to taste.
Now cover the tomato sauce with mozzarella strips, positioning them all in the same direction.
Then cut the olives into rings; these will be the mummy’s eyes.
Once you have placed the eyes on the pizzas, bake at 428°F for 15/18 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
And voilà… the Halloween Mummy Pizzas are ready for your “monstrous” party !!!

Useful tips
I used both ready-made pizza dough and pre-sliced mozzarella. You can also make homemade dough, but remember to roll it out thinly, no more than 1/8 inch. As for the mozzarella, use the one for pizza as it stays drier and holds its shape better.
