Ingredients
- 4.5 oz rigate sedani
- 1.1 lbs cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2.8 oz Genoese pesto

Preparation of Sedani with Baked Cherry Tomatoes and Pesto
Wash the cherry tomatoes and place them in a baking dish.
Season with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the peeled and crushed garlic cloves.
Bake at 356°F for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil water for the pasta and when it boils, salt and add the pasta.
When the cherry tomatoes are cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Meanwhile, the pasta will also be ready.
Drain it and pour it directly into the baking dish with the pasta.
Remove the garlic cloves and give the pasta a first stir to flavor it and then add the pesto.
Mix everything well.
