Ingredients
- 5.3 oz strawberries
- 2.5 oz blueberries
- 7.1 oz feta
- 2.1 oz arugula
- 2.1 oz balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch fine salt

Preparation of Strawberry and Feta Salad
Take the plates or bowls you want to use and make a nice bed of arugula.
Clean and wash the strawberries, then cut them into slices about 1/8-1/4 inches thick and place them randomly on the arugula bed.
Now take the block of feta, pat it dry with paper towels, and then crumble it unevenly over the strawberries and arugula.
Finally, add the blueberries, washed and well-dried.
Dress with olive oil, a pinch of salt to taste, and balsamic glaze.
And voilà… your strawberry and feta salad is ready to be served to friends and family.
Useful Tips
Feta can be replaced with goat cheese pieces.
Besides arugula, you can use lamb’s lettuce or valerian.
