A seasonal idea these 3 ingredients for 1 side dish something very simple ready in 25/30 minutes and very tasty if you love asparagus.
These are milder Sardinian asparagus and I added Parmesan flakes (I couldn’t find the raspadura this morning at Esselunga), some cherry tomatoes cut into wedges, and some optional dried garlic pieces.
It’s the classic seasonal side dish ready in no time and suitable to accompany meat and fish dishes.

- 1 bunch asparagus

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE 3 INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SIDE DISH
I remove the toughest part of the asparagus and after quickly washing them, I arrange them in the same direction in the baking pan.
I add the raspadura or with the peeler I make many little cheese curls of Parmesan or Grana placing them in the center of the bunch of vegetables.
I take the cherry tomatoes, wash them, pat excess water with paper towels, and then cut them into wedges, arranging them on the vegetables as well.
I add a drizzle of EVO oil a pinch of salt, dried garlic flakes, and a grind of pepper, and bake at 375°F, cooking for about 25 minutes or depending on the characteristics of our home oven.
These 3 ingredients for 1 side dish are quick and delightful!

Before eating this side dish, I took a few bunches of asparagus and dabbed them on paper towels, then placed them on the serving plate to soak up some of the grease!I also leave you with this recipe for a savory pie that’s really not bad
