ANGEL BREAD CAKE

Ingredients ANGEL BREAD CAKE
- 5.3 oz Butter
- 5.3 oz Sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.6 cups Potato starch (Pane Angeli)
- 1 sachet Baking powder (Pane Angeli)
- 1 pinch Salt

Preparation ANGEL BREAD CAKE
Work the butter at room temperature until creamy and gradually add the sugar. Then add the eggs, inserting the second only after the first has been incorporated.
Now add the vanilla extract and the salt.
Sift the flour with the potato starch and the Pane degli Angeli baking powder for sweets.
Mix well, amalgamating all the ingredients of Angel’s CAKE to obtain a creamy and fluid mixture.
Pour the batter of the soft Angel Bread Cake into a pan with a removable bottom, previously lined with parchment paper.
Level well and then bake in a preheated oven at 338°F, static oven, for about 50 minutes, and as always, the toothpick test will prevail.
As you read, the RING CAKE recipe is very simple, and after the time has passed, let it cool, then remove and unmold the cake.
Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve this delicate and delicious RING CAKE at the table!
