Preparation of the Easy Recipe: Arugula Pesto Pasta with Tuna

  • To prepare the sauce for arugula pesto pasta with tuna, first put a pot of salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil.

  • To make the dressing, wash the arugula and pat dry any excess water with paper towels or a clean cloth. Also clean the basil leaves and place both the arugula and the basil in the blender or food processor bowl.

  • Add the almonds and the cherry tomatoes, which will help soften the slightly bitter flavor of the arugula.

Start the appliance, adding extra virgin olive oil and seasoning with salt as needed.
