TO PREPARE THE BAKED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS RECIPE
first, I clean the Portobello mushrooms removing the stem and cleaning the cap with damp food paper.
I personally freeze the stem for other recipes, but if you want, include it in the baking tin to cook…..
Grease or line a baking tin with parchment paper and arrange the Portobello mushrooms adding some smashed garlic cloves and some fresh chopped parsley.
Add a nice drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake for about 15/20 minutes at 375°F to cook the Portobello mushrooms.
