• To prepare the recipe for baked potatoes with Parmesan, first preheat the oven to 410 °F.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites with a teaspoon of salt until they are nice and frothy.
• Cut the potatoes into wedges and dip them into the beaten egg white, removing any excess.
• Then coat them in grated Parmesan, pressing a little on each potato wedge to ensure the cheese adheres well on all sides.
