INGREDIENTS FOR BAKED RICOTTA RECIPE
- 24.7 oz ricotta (preferably sheep's milk)
- 3.5 oz powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup fresh liquid cream
- 3.5 oz cornstarch (or potato starch)
- 1 organic lemon (only grated zest)
- 3 medium eggs

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE BAKED RICOTTA RECIPE
Separate the yolks from the whites
and sift the ricotta twice.
Mix the sugar and the yolks with the ricotta, blending the mixture well.Now add the VANILLA EXTRACT and then the whipped fresh cream.
Mix the mixture very well, pouring in the cornstarch or potato starch as the thickener for the preparation of the baked ricotta.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them last to the sweet mixture.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes or according to your appliance’s characteristics.
Once the baked ricotta is done, let everything cool down and then enjoy this simple and rustic dessert with your family! Bon appétit!!
