Preparation RECIPE BAKED SEA BREAM with seafood

  • Wash and clean the seafood

and let them open in a large pan with the garlic, wine, and chopped parsley.
Then remove the mollusks from the shells and strain the liquid formed, keeping it aside.

  • Mix in a bowl crustaceans and mollusks adding the cherry tomatoes cut in half. Pat dry the sea bream, salt inside and out, and stuff them with the fish and tomato mixture just made.

  • Place each fish filled in this way on a sheet of parchment paper, add more fish mixture, a tablespoon of mussel cooking base saved before.

Then add extra virgin olive oil, thyme, and chopped parsley.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

Close the packets tightly and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 20/25 minutes or depending on your oven’s characteristics: the sea bream’s eye will be white.

Be careful not to overcook it, or it will become tough!

  • Turn off the oven, bring the closed parcels to the table to retain heat and flavor!

We devoured this dish because we liked it so much!! Enjoy your meal with the baked sea bream with seafood! ANNALISA
