BALSAMIC BORETTANE

Today, a very appetizing side dish: balsamic borettane onions that are perfect to accompany a main course like roast beef, grilled meat, or a simple escalope.

It’s a simple dish that you can make not only with balsamic vinegar but also with white wine vinegar, and you can even use honey instead of brown sugar…

It can also be enjoyed at room temperature and is considered a typical recipe of my region, Emilia-Romagna, which has many delicious preparations!
