Cauliflower Steaks

I bought, as I often do almost every month, the February March ‘Più Cucina’ magazine

and immediately bought some cauliflower to prepare this recipe that is on the blog today!
The cauliflower steak is a simple, tasty, and appetizing idea for a flavorful and seasonal side dish!
Instead of extra virgin olive oil, use honey which I think complements better, and you can also toast the slices, oops, cauliflower steaks on the grill instead of leaving them in the pan…
Great for the idea of nuts and chili which gives a nice boost to the overall taste of the dish…in short, it’s a simple, easy, and delightful dish!
If you want to make the cauliflower steak even more appetizing and almost a real dish, crumbled 2 slices of sandwich bread in the mixer, adding the nuts and a little piece of chili along with a fine chop of parsley.
Brush the cauliflower slice with Evo oil or honey and perfectly bread this big slice of vegetable.
Line a baking sheet with …appropriate paper and place the breaded cauliflower steak, season with salt and pepper, and bake until fully cooked.
I also suggest other seasonal side dish recipes such as:
