- 4 fillets chicken
- 1 cup milk milk
- 2.5 oz walnuts walnuts
- 1/2 clove garlic
- to taste pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons whiskey
- 1 sprig rosemary

FOR THE PREPARATION OF CHICKEN FILLET RECIPE with WALNUT Sauce
In a food processor, chop the walnut kernels adding also a few rosemary needles and the garlic.
In a pan, add a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a tablespoon of flour, mixing well.
Gently pour the milk while seasoning with salt and pepper, and continue mixing, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Turn off and set aside.
With the remaining flour, coat the chicken and cook it in a pan with EVO oil, deglazing with whiskey, then seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve the chicken breast fillets with the walnut sauce, strictly hot!
