- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Steps
I season the chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, and others) with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Then I arrange them in a baking dish without overlapping, pour half of the light beer, and cook in a static oven at 356°F for about 45–50 minutes, turning halfway through and basting with the remaining beer during cooking.Meanwhile, I slice the onions thinly and let them soften in a pan with EVO oil; I add the brown sugar and a splash of water, continuing until caramelized.
Now I assemble the dish by combining the roasted and tender chicken pieces with the tender, juicy, and fragrant caramelized onions!
