How to cook chicken safely?
Chicken must always be well-cooked and never rare. Do not wash before cooking, but pat with paper towels.
After touching it raw, it is important to clean tools and surfaces thoroughly to reduce the risk of contamination.

  • I melt the butter and add the bacon in strips or diced as you prefer!

    I let it brown until crispy, then remove it from the pan and leave it on a plate with paper towels.

  • In the same pan, I now put the chicken strips cooking for 5/6 minutes, turning the meat well and seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • I also set the chicken strips aside and now proceed to cook the cleaned and sliced mushrooms with the garlic clove.

    I cook for 5/6 minutes over medium flame and season with salt and pepper.

  • Then I add the mustard (sweet or grainy old-fashioned as you prefer) mixing well to flavor everything.

    I also add the bacon and chicken set aside and mix the ingredients to flavor and let the elements blend with various flavors for the last few minutes

  • Season with salt if needed, add some fresh chopped parsley, and bring to the table for the meal and tasting!
