A simple and economical idea, chicken with mushrooms and bacon, for a complete dish of meat and side that can be made all year round since champignon mushrooms are a product we always find at the market or supermarket.
The chicken, the bacon, and the mushrooms are flavored with some mustard that I chose sweet but will be tastier if added in the old-fashioned variety, with those tasty grains in the sauce.
Pan cooking makes the dish rather quick and ready in a maximum of 30 minutes to be brought to the table!

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- 5 oz bacon
- 8.8 oz champignon mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsps butter
- 2 tbsps mustard
- to taste parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE CHICKEN STRIPS WITH MUSHROOMS AND BACON
I melt the butter and add the bacon in strips or cubes as you prefer!
I let them roast until crispy, then remove them from the pan and place them on a plate with paper towels.
In the same pan, I now place the chicken strips cooking for 5/6 minutes, turning the meat well and seasoning with salt and pepper.
I also set aside the chicken strips and now proceed to cook the cleaned and sliced mushrooms with the garlic clove.
I cook for 5/6 minutes over medium heat, enhancing the flavor with salt and pepper.
Then I add the mustard (sweet or whole grain, as you prefer) mixing well to flavor everything.
I also add the bacon and chicken set aside and combine the ingredients to aromatize and wrap the elements in the various flavors for the last few minutes
I adjust the salt if necessary, add some freshly chopped parsley and serve for the meal and tasting!
