Looking for a fresh and delicious idea for summer, without an oven and without stress?
These chilled treats with peach yogurt, fresh fruit, and dark chocolate are perfect for light snacks or last-minute desserts.
They are made in minutes with simple and genuine ingredients and can be conveniently stored in the freezer.
A healthy and tasty alternative to packaged ice creams, ideal even for children!
It’s hot, very hot, and I don’t feel like turning anything on. But the craving for a quick treat, yes, that’s always there.
So I open the fridge, grab a pot of yogurt, two peaches, a spoon, and some parchment paper. No molds, no scales, just spoons and a knife to peel the fruit.
I called them “fruttini”, but actually, they are sneaky frozen bites that save even your afternoon snack: fresh with that crunchy touch of dark chocolate that pairs perfectly with the fruit.
Perfect at the end of the meal, for a snack, or when you need something good without going crazy in the kitchen.
These are treats you make in five minutes and vanish in two. And you feel like trying them with other fruits like…

Always on the CLEVER FROZEN TREATS THEME, I’ll leave you some more ideas just below:

- Difficulty: Very Easy
- Cost: Very Economical
- Rest time: 1 Hour
- Preparation time: 3 Minutes
- Portions: 8 Pieces
- Cooking methods: Microwave
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: Summer
Ingredients
- 1 fruit yogurt (peach for me)
- 2 peaches (firm and ripe)
- 2.1 oz dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Tools
- Parchment paper
- Spoons
- Bowls
Let’s quickly prepare these summer treats
I wash, pit, and peel the peaches, then cut them into small cubes.
I pour the fruit yogurt into a bowl and add the peach cubes, mixing well and adding the honey if we prefer the bites a bit sweeter.
Then I place the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper in small mounds and put everything in the freezer for 2-3 hours
When it’s time to enjoy the frozen yogurts, I melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler.
At this point, I have two options: dip the frozen yogurt bites partially in the melted chocolate or use a spoon to make various swirls on the summer frozen treats. As you can see from the photo, I made some swirls on the mounds of ice cream in a very casual way!
After sprinkling them this way, place them back in the freezer for the necessary minutes to solidify the chocolate traces.
Let them rest for another 10 minutes in the fridge before serving with a good supply of napkins eh eh!
Enjoy your meal and happy cooking!
Annalisa
Storage
Store them in the freezer for up to 10 days in a closed container.
Take them out 5-10 minutes before eating to enjoy them at their best.
Between us, the crunch of the chocolate is exquisite!
