CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT CAKE

Ingredients CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT CAKE RECIPE
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 3/4 cups Coconut flour
- 7 tbsps Butter
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 3 tbsps Chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 oz Desiccated coconut

Preparation
First, separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the yolks well with the sugar.
Melt the butter in a bain-marie or microwave and add it to the mixture.
Sift the baking powder with the flour and unsweetened cocoa powder. coconut!!!
Then add the coconut flour, alternating it with the milk (I personally added almost a whole glass, but it all depends on the absorptive capacity of the flour, so…)
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the mixture with a flexible spatula, blending carefully.
Pour the obtained batter into the greased and floured pan and bake the chocolate and coconut cake for about 40/45 minutes at 350°F.
Once baked (always do the toothpick test), take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Now spread the chocolate hazelnut spread on top and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
If you really want to make it WOW, accompany it with a nice dollop of whipped cream and serve this delicious chocolate and coconut cake!!
