CHOCOLATE FONDANT RECIPE Preparation
1)For the easy chocolate fondant cake recipe combine the butter with the chopped mixed chocolates in a saucepan and melt everything in a bain-marie.
2)Beat the eggs with the sugar without overbeating, then add the sifted flour.
3)Mix the two mixtures to have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
4)Butter and flour a mold.
5)Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for about 30 minutes or depending on your oven’s characteristics.
