  • Then add the shelled shrimp and cook them quickly for a couple of minutes per side: they will change color!

  • Now pour in the juice and zest of the washed and dried lime, the spices in the preferred amount, and adjust with salt and pepper.

  • Continue the preparation of the quick seafood dish by sautéing for another minute so that the shrimp are shiny and fragrant.

  • Turn off the heat, add some fresh cilantro leaves, and serve immediately!
