Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 5 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (dissolved in a tablespoon of water)
  • to taste cocoa powder (sweetened or unsweetened to taste)

Steps

  • 1) In a mixing bowl, pour the fresh liquid cream and whip it with the electric mixer.

    2) In another bowl, combine the instant coffee with hot water and dissolve the instant coffee granules.

    3) Let it cool and then mix the coffee with the condensed milk, blending everything well.

    4) Add the whipped fresh cream to this mixture with a spatula and carefully to not deflate the mass.

    5) Then put this sweet mousse in the cups (3/4 servings depending on the size of the containers) and place everything in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

    6) Shortly before serving, remove from the freezer and sprinkle the coffee ice cream dessert with cocoa powder using a sieve.

    Easy, quick, delicious, enjoy with the creamy coffee dessert!
