Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup coffee

Steps

  • 1) In a bowl, pour the condensed milk with the mascarpone and the cold espresso coffee.

    2) Using the electric beaters, begin to whisk the mixture to obtain a creamy and well-mixed blend.

    3) In a different clean bowl, always using the electric beater, whip the fresh liquid cream.

    4) With a flexible spatula or marisa incorporate the whipped cream into the mascarpone, condensed milk, and espresso mix, in several additions, with slow movements from bottom to top.

    5) Cover with food wrap and leave the cream in the refrigerator until serving time to taste the coffee paradise cream!
