CREAMY DESSERT with Nutella without Baking

The first recipe of 2022 is a creamy Nutella dessert without baking that is very delicious and I prepared it for dinner on December 31 and it was gone in a second!!!
It is very simple, takes just a few minutes, and is super creamy!
I preferred a small mold of 7 inches in diameter because the dessert is “tall” and in my opinion, sufficiently indulgent in not too large portions but as always … the final decision is yours!

Ingredients for CREAMY NUTELLA DESSERT

  • 6.3 oz cocoa cookies (similar to Pan di Stelle)
  • 5 tbsps butter (to melt in the microwave or bain-marie)
  • 7 oz cream cheese
  • 7 oz Nutella®
  • 1 cup fresh whipping cream (also vegetable)
  • 7 oz cream cheese
  • 2.1 oz powdered sugar

FOR PREPARING THE CREAMY NUTELLA DESSERT RECIPE

  • As always for this type of recipes the first thing to do is to prepare the base, so I put the cookies in a food processor and add the softened butter.

    Turn on the appliance and create a well-blended “soft” mix.

    Line the mold with parchment paper and then add pressing well the buttery cookies with a spoon, creating the bottom and also covering a little bit of the edges of the 7-inch mold.

    Put the mold in the refrigerator and start making the two very creamy mixtures of the Nutella cake.

    For the chocolate cream, blend the cream cheese with Nutella and create a delicious sweet sauce that I will then spread evenly on the pressed cookies.

    Whip the fresh liquid cream and when it is semi-whipped, also add the cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Blend well all together and then pour the white cream carefully over the entire surface of the creamy Nutella dessert.

    Smooth well, cover with food wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator.

    At the time of tasting
    , if I prefer to make the Creamy Nutella Dessert even more satisfying, I can melt 50 grams of good quality dark chocolate and with the help of a piping bag, decorate the dessert and serve it on the table!

    It’s good but of a goodness……
