I have always wanted to try making these delicious chocolates, the cremini with two flavors, but I kept postponing because even though it is a simple recipe, it takes time since each layer needs to be solid enough to add the next one. Therefore, it takes time! These days I will be on vacation until Epiphany, so I can dedicate myself to these slightly more elaborate preparations, and here I am making the exquisite cremini with 2 flavors that I offer you today!

CREMINI WITH 2 FLAVORS

Cremini with 2 Flavors

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz Dark chocolate
  • 5.3 oz milk chocolate
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 oz chopped almonds (or hazelnuts)

Preparation of Cremini with 2 Flavors

  • Heat the cream until it is almost boiling.

    Break the two chocolates into pieces, placing them in two separate bowls.

    Pour 1/3 of the cream over the milk chocolate, while the remaining 2/3 should be poured into the bowl containing the dark chocolate.

  • Use a hand whisk to mix the mixture to dissolve it and make it frothy.

    Do the same process for both types of chocolate.

    Line a medium-sized rectangular mold with plastic wrap, making sure it adheres well to the mold.

  • Create a first layer using half of the dark chocolate and spread it with a spatula. To speed up the cooling, I personally put everything on the balcony: if you have a blast chiller, I envy you like crazy ^_^!!!

  • Add to the mixture with the milk chocolate, the chopped almonds. Pour this mixture over the slightly hardened dark chocolate layer. Cool this mixture again to prepare the cremini with 2 flavors

  • Now cover with the mixture with the dark chocolate, smoothing well with a spatula or knife or… Cover with plastic wrap and let these delicious homemade chocolate chocolates solidify for an entire night in the refrigerator.

  • After the time has passed, flip the mold onto a sheet of parchment paper and use a very cold sharp knife to cut the cremini with 2 flavors. Place them in several paper cases and serve them after the meal… They are delicious the cremini with 2 flavors…trust me!!
