- 2 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed whipped cream

PREPARATION FOR DARK CHOCOLATE RICE PUDDING RECIPE
Pour the almond milk into a saucepan and over moderate heat bring the liquid to a boil.
Then add the rice, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Over low heat and stirring continuously, cook the rice grains until almost fully cooked.
Then add the chopped dark chocolate which will melt completely with the heat and the fully cooked rice.
Then put the dark chocolate rice pudding into serving bowls or glasses, completing the preparation with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Serve it at room temperature as a dessert but also as a delicious snack for the whole family!
